Cindy's Digging Deeper

Watching Cindy Sheehan is like watching a train wreck in slow motion (we have always wanted to say that).

Apparently, Ms Sheehan's crystal ball, Wiccan advisor, crystals, and spirits from the netherworld have indicated to her the real Presidential agenda. According to her, American troops will never leave Iraq. Ever.

The Vacaville woman who camped outside President George W. Bush's ranch to protest the war in Iraq, which claimed her soldier son's life, says she believes the U.S. never plans to leave the war-torn country.

In her words, "The people running our country plan on never bringing our people home."

In a display of brilliant political analysis, Ms Sheehan shared the microphone with a Democrat Congressman (smart enough to remain unnamed in the news piece provided) in New Jersey and suggested that Iraq be turned over to UN troops, an obvious vote of confidence in the Oil for Food scandal tainted organization. There is the matter of UN troops committing wanton acts of rape wherever they are, but hey, that isn't Cindy Sheehan's problem. The UN is a wonderful organization, right Cindy?

Apparently, Ms Sheehan has read our post about what leaving Iraq means. Now, in a reversal, in addition to suggesting UN troops take over, she has also called for NATO to step in immediately. Obviously, Ms Sheehan has thought that idea through, as well.

NATO troops cannot be called in- it is outside their mandate.

Obviously, Ms Sheehan has decided to use a bigger shovel in her attempt to see the Great Wall.
