Spielberg, Heaven And The Right Connections

This morning, Fausta, of Bad Hair Blog, wrote on Steven Splieberg's, 'Munich', and related matters. Her piece references a Kesher Talk post, Munich Remembered, a clear and concise rendition, broken down into an easily undestood recounting of the events that led to the massacre of Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, Germany and the aftermath.

We recall a conversation overheard after watching Schindler's List, just after it was released. As we left the cinema, an older gentleman remarked to his younger companions (his grandchildren, we presumed at the time), that 'with this (Schindler's List) movie, Spielberg has just guaranteed himself a place in Heaven.'

Sadly, Spielberg has put in jeopardy that guaranteed place.

Schindler's List made clear the differences between good and evil.

Munich makes clear how Spielberg has come to obfuscate and dilute evil.

The Kesher Talk posts are clear, concise and unequivical. They are also proof positive that good bloggers can contribute mightily to a community that is bombarded with agendized truths and versions of reality, every day.
