The Hypocrite's Bluster

Matt Stoller isn't happy with Chris Matthews of MSNBC. He was discussing how the cameras and pundits will play up to Samuel Alito's wife at tonight's State of the Union address.
MATTHEWS: ...won't they say something up beat and (bucking up)... isn't she a great woman, didn't she stand up-and then they'll put the camera right on Ted Kennedy and show how he was the guy that molested her basically-that's the way they'll play it...
Stoller says,
Yes, it's that bad. After his on-the-air gay-bashing, his creepy stereotyping of Latinos, his incredibly offensive comparisons of peaceful Americans to Osama bin Laden, and his ever-growing right-wing bias, MSNBC's Chris Matthews has gone off the deep end.
Stoller, et al, would have a whole lot more credibility if they directed similar outrage at Michael Moore, Cindy Sheehan and Babs- all of whom have made remarks that have outraged and insulted many distinguished Americans that didn't share his point of view.

Now Stoller wants to see a boycott of MSNBC advertisers- the moral equivalent of the Muslim boycott of all things Danish, because of a newspaper cartoon (see our post).

Obviously, not agreeing with Stoller and public displays of disrespect directed at others are of little concern to the likes of Matt Stoller.
Chris Matthews isn't allowed the same hyperbole that writers of the left are.

Stoller is an irrelevant hypocrite. The Hamas-Palestinian Nazi Party must be pleased. Stoller has learned well.
